Here at Better Planning we have access to over 35 lenders - both bank and non-bank. Our non-bank facilities include credit unions, trustee companies, and private lenders.
Over 16 Years' Finance Experience
Russell Moody, the principal of Better Planning and a financier for over 16 years now, has assisted many clients to own their homes faster than they initially thought possible.
Some of these clients have since returned for refinancing for investment purposes, and many have referred him to friends and family members.
Long Distance Servicing
Even if you don't live in Melbourne, Better Planning can still assist you. Although we won't come to see you personally, a lot of our business is carried out via email, mail, fax and telephone.
Long distance servicing poses no problem. We are currently assisting interstate and overseas clients with ease.
Debt Reduction Planning
A formal budgeting consultation and personalised plan can take up to 30 hours work on our part. After the plan is accepted by you and implemented, Russell monitors your
progress by contacting you regularly and, if necessary, arranges additional personal consultations.
The fact is that unless you stick closely to your budget, it won't work as effectively as it should. For this reason, we continue to assist you for 12 months after your budget plan has
commenced to ensure you adopt those skills. Some find it easy, others don't. It doesn't matter. We want to make it work for you.
Our Costs
You pay nothing to use Better Planning's brokerage service. The lender you decide upon pays us a predetermined fee for introducing your business to them.
We do charge a fee, however, for Debt Reduction Planning. This is a time-consuming task initially, and requires ongoing monitoring to ensure you achieve maximum success.
We are determined to keep our costs to a minimum, and we do this by not having fancy offices in South Yarra.
We work from a home office and are committed to offering true personalised service.
